A Daily Wellness Check For Your Voice, Mind, Body, and Creativity So You Can Keep Showing Up For Your Self & Community

When Taking Care Of Your Voice Empowers You To Care For Others

What would it feel like to have a tool that helped remind you how to check in with your voice each day? The Voice Care 2 Collective Care Poster was created to inspire you to take care of yourself, so you can ultimately take care of your closest community. The poster asks you to center in your breath, bring attention to your emotions, observe your vocal sensations, and assess how much energy you actually have to give to others. At the very bottom of the poster, a template to build an affirmation that empowers your well being.

It may seem simple, but when you take time to align your inner voice to your outer voice, powerful things happen. This free resource is a gift for creatives who are ready to step into their full artistic potential with balance and grace.

  • Breath work: Simple steps to anchor your breath and presence.

  • Emotional Awareness: Gentle guidance to name and affirm your feelings.

  • Body and Voice Check-Ins: Space to tune into physical and vocal sensations with self-compassion.

  • Vocal Awareness: Reminders of positive and negative vocal sensations for long-term voice care.

  • Community Connection: Reminders to engage in creative and collective activities that nurture your artistic spirit.

  • Positive Affirmation: A template to build an affirmation that empowers your current state of being as-is, no improvements necessary.

How To Use The Poster

Take 10 minutes (or longer) each day to walk through the steps outlined in the poster. Start by scanning your body as you take five, long, slow, deep breaths. Allow yourself to recognize the emotions you feel, where they land on your body, and the vocal sensations you’re experiencing. From your observations, select “Vocal Health Boosters” that feel right for you. Finally, consider how much energy you have today, and who you really care about. How can you be reminded that the smallest act of care can also be an act of creativity and joy?
