Vocal empowerment sessions combine voice training and self-exploration with a focus on mental health and personal development. Sessions can take place online over Zoom or at Wendi Kirby Music in downtown Monterey, California.

Build Your Voice-Love Toolkit

Are you dealing with negative self-talk about your voice? Are you stuck in your creative practice? Is it time to pivot to a more self-compassionate and empowered life? In this 70-Minute Vocal Empowerment Session, we’ll work together to assess your current relationship with your voice and create a list of tools and strategies you can use as a “toolkit” to gradually embody your most authentic voice over time. This is perfect for you if you’re ready to cycle out of feeling insecure about your voice and are ready to get back to your creative projects. You’ll leave with a tangible list you can use, and add to, going forward.

Design Your Vocal Blueprint

Without a blueprint, it’s easy for life to get off track. If you’re feeling directionless, like you want to experience more creation and music in life, but aren’t quite sure how to move forward with intention, a blueprint is a great place to start. In this session, we spend 2 hours solely focused on you. We examine your current self-talk, experiences with your voice, faith systems, beliefs, family heritage, even your astrological design if you wanna go there, and how all of these things currently impact and guide your life - as well as how they relate to your voice. You’ll leave with a blueprint template and some really intense time spent focusing on you and where you’re headed.

Voice-Love Accountability Program

Are you having a hard time doing what you say you’re going to do? Don’t beat yourself up. Self-Compassion is the name of the game. Atomic Habits don’t work for everyone, sometimes you need a Cheerleader who can flow with your cycles and systems. In this 3-month, “low-touch” package, we meet for a one hour session each month to set a strategy for what you’d like to experience this cycle. Each week following, I’ll touch base with you via email or text to check-in and remind you of your goals.
